National Experts Committee

AfricaRice National Experts Committee 

​

The National Experts Committee (NEC) is constituted of the Directors General of the National Agricultural Research Institutes of AfricaRice member countries.

 

As the technical advisory body of the Council of Ministers, it reviews all dossiers to be tabled during the ordinary sessions of the AfricaRice CoM and provides its recommendations to the Council.

 

The management of AfricaRice also holds biennial consultative meetings with NEC in alternate years when ordinary sessions of the CoM are not held.
